- Can I get extra chain and wire if I have a tall ceiling?
Sure, all of our chandeliers come with six feet of chain and ten feet of wire. If you need more let us know and we'll simply charge by the foot for the needed length.
- How are the items shipped?
Smaller items, including lamps and small whitetail chandeliers, are shipped USPS or UPS. Oversized items, which include all chandeliers, except small whitetail chandeliers, are shipped via semi-truck. We are glad to give you a shipping cost on your order.
- Do you guarantee your work?
Workmanship is 100% guaranteed up to 60 days. Purchases can be returned for a refund up to 60 days with a 15% re-stocking fee. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- How long will my custom chandelier take to create?
Time will vary depending on the size of the chandelier, type of antler, and on our current schedule and work load. Please call and we'll be glad to give you an estimate of time.
- What size bulbs can I use in the lights?
Sconces and chandeliers with small simulated rawhide shades need a 25 watt or lower bulb. Scnonces and chandeliers without shades can handle, 25, 40 or 60 watt bulbs. Small table lamps need a 60 watt or lower bulb. Medium and large lamps can handle up to 100 watt bulbs. Genuine rawhide shades need to be oiled regularly, at least once a month depending on usage, with neetsfoot oil to keep them from cracking. This is especially true of the small size rawhide shades used for small lamps and some hanging lights. Beyond initial workmanship, genuine rawhide shades are not guaranteed since we have no control over the care they're given.
- What are some of the things I need to consider when shopping for an antler chandelier?
There are a lot of options to think about, but it really comes down to what you think will work best in your home. Of course room size is a big factor. If your room is small then a large hanging chandelier would not be practical.
Don't forget to measure your door or window openings to see if a chandelier will fit through them. If you're building a new home give us a call. We're willing to work with your building contractor in getting the item in and properly installed.

Yes, we're glad to work with your residential designer, commercial designer, or lighting designer to accomplish the look you want. We can also work with your builder to assist with any wiring or installation questions they may have.
- Where's your on-line shopping cart?
We'll be adding one very soon for our general products. Since every antler lamp, sconce, candle holder, etc. is unique, the shopping cart images will only be representational of the final creation. Unlike mass produced fake antler or plastic resin antler products, natural antler items are always different. As each piece is handcrafted, a slightly different position, size of antler, or color variation of an antler is appropriate from piece to piece.
